How to develop Lime?

When there are so many online retailers how do we differentiate ourselves?
We have certain areas such as the tap spares and the medical section that is a steady (core) area but mainstream bathrooms and kitchens are so overly competitive that we don't stand out. The fact is we're one of thousands so whilst we'll continue to offer all the usual lines, we plan to become known as specialists in Gold bathroom and kitchen products and in Traditional bathroom & traditional kitchen taps

Ten Times The Cost

The Aquanova Plus Sink Tap by Ramon Soler costs just over £100 which is ten times the cost of some taps we've found for sale online but in this case you really do get what you pay for.
When a tap costs the same as a pizza, it's not going to be great and it's not going to last long so when you're paying ten times the cost you can rest assured you're getting a good product and in the case of the Aquanova Plus you are... it's luxurious, has a heavy duty construction which you can feel, has a contemporary square spout design and is fitted with the latest in ceramic disk technology.
The adage 'you get what you pay for' is very true in this case.

Anti-Vandal Shower Heads

We've just listed 2 vandal resistant shower heads made by Intatec - one of our favourite suppliers!
Whilst being aesthetically pleasing, their main function is to avoid wear and damage so are suited for commercial showering ranging from sports clubs and hotels through to institutional showers such as in prisons, secure residential or schools (where students like to 'test' the facilities)
As we weren't sure where to list them , we have put them in both shower heads (logical) and safety showers where they are found with Intatecs' safetouch thermostatic shower valves.

Stainless Kitchen Sinks

For the smaller kitchen where space is limited, we have introduced the Reginox 'Elite Mini' spacesaving kitchen sink with drainer.
It's a proper sink but at only 60cm wide it's nearly 40% narrower than regular sinks so will go in even the smallest kitchen worktops.
Our kitchen sink range is growing fast with products now on offer from 1810 company, Crestwood, Reginox and Pyramis.

Shower Curtain Rods

 

To compliment our universal tracks, we've added a 'crescent shower rod' which pushes the shower curtain away from the bath, thus suiting curved baths such as corner baths, P shaped baths etc.
It's telescopic so expands from 4' to 6' (1.8M) so is flexible enough to suit nearly all situations.
Made by Ridder of Germany, the rod is made from silver effect aluminium and comes with their comprehensive 5 year warranty.

Contract Kitchen Sink Mixers

We've added a Vertical Sink Mixer  made by MGM taps to our collection of contract single lever kitchen taps. This is a collection of taps aimed at both budget domestic purchasers and commercial users alike such as landlords for use in tenanted properties where a replacement kitchen tap may be required which needs to look nice and modern, be suitable for use and most importantly cost the property owner as little as possible.

Customer Driven Taps

We were contacted by a customer with a problem....The hole drilled for his kitchen tap was too far from the sink the spout poured onto the very edge of the sink. He needed a tap with an extra long reach, as a very minimum he needed 240mm.
He'd looked around and couldn't find anything suitable - it needed to be a relatively simple tap and one without frills as it was for a rented property.
Whilst our existing taps are comparable to others on the market (reaches between 180-220mm) we were happy to look and as a result have added for sale the Extra Long Reach Kitchen Tap. A tap with a 250mm reach (centre to centre).
Problem solved!
